PINE developed as a vision by experienced entrepreneur Justin Moss. After 2 years of research, development and structural engineering, a prefabricated building construction system was developed. Justin’s vision was to build a cabin manufacturer and real estate investment company that would sell cabins B2C and B2B as well as build, own, and operate micro resorts on boutique properties throughout the United States utilizing private equity. During the course of 2023, Fortify Capital founder Nathan Mashman provided a suite of business development services to assist Justin in mapping out his vision.
